Florida man allegedly waved around CO2-powered gun in bar, held it to victim's head

Jose Maldonado, 43, was arrested over the weekend. He is accused of waving a gun around at bar patrons and threatening employees. (BCSO)

The man was promptly arrested by Brevard County Sheriff's Office deputies. He is charged with battery and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. (BCSO)

Authorities orginally thought the weapon was a real firearm. It was discovered to be a CO2-powered gun which shoots chemical-irritant projectiles. (BCSO)
