LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Clark County Sheriff's Office announced Thursday two juveniles died and two were injured in an incident that involved a car and train.
The sheriff's office said the train was traveling from the south to the north.
Law enforcement was made aware of the incident at 1:40 p.m.
The train hit the vehicle south of Gum Springs at the Richwoods Crossing eight miles from Arkadelphia.
There have been two reported dead and the other two individuals involved are injured.
The sheriff's office said that one injured juvenile was sent to Arkansas Children's Hospital and one injured adult male was taken to a Little Rock Hospital.
There is an investigation being carried out by the Clark County Sheriff's Office, Union Pacific, and Arkansas State Police.
