A Hamilton County Grand Jury has indicted a woman for second degree murder in connection with a man's overdose death.

The indictment says 37-year-old Susan Rebecca Hildreth contributed to the death of Kevin Boyd Heltenburg, on December 1st, 2016 in Harrison.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says Heltenburg died from a lethal amount of Fentanyl in his system. Evidence collected during the course of the investigation identified Hildreth as the person who provided Heltenburg with the illegal drugs.

Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office arrested Hildreth on Tuesday.

The HCSO says at the time of Hildreth’s arrest, she was also found to be in possession of approximately 2 grams of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia. In addition to second degree murder, she's also charged with unlawful sale of fentanyl, drugs general category for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and contraband in a penal institution.

This is the second such arrest related to fentanyl in Hamilton County in the past week. In the first case, 37-year-old Sabrena Lynn Laquatra was arrested and charged with second degree murder in the overdose death of Tyler Hillian in 2017.
