SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tenn. — UPDATE (Wednesday):
Signal Mountain says Palisades Drive at Ravine Road will be closed on Wednesday so crews can repair this water main break.

UPDATE (Later on Monday):
Tennessee American Water says the repair near North Moore Road is complete and water service is restored. If customers experience air in their lines they should run a cold tap at a tub or sink for a few minutes until it runs clear.
UPDATE (Monday):
There's been another water main break, this time in the Brainerd area of Chattanooga.
The water main broke at about 5 a.m. Monday, affecting residents living along or near North Moore Road.
Tennessee-American says crews are working to repair it now, and should be finished by 12:30 p.m.
Temperatures will remain below freezing in Chattanooga between now and then, so use caution if you're driving in the area.

Signal Mountain Water Utility is reporting a main break on Palisades Drive at Ravine Road.
Officials say due potential for ice forming on the road please use caution if you are driving in this area or use Green Gorge Road as an alternate route.
