Walker County authorities want residents to keep an eye out for a suspicious person in the area.

The Walker County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) says people in the Bell Road, Summerfield Road, and Stonebrook subdivision in the Noble community should be on the lookout after an incident on Wednesday.

A resident on Pebblestone Drive told deputies that at 6:15 that morning, she was preparing herself for the day in her living room when she saw a man standing on her back porch, watching her.

At that point, the suspect ran. Deputies say the man was also seen by other residents in the area.

He is described as being white, between 5'10" to 6 feet tall, 25 to 30 years old with short dark hair. The suspect was wearing dark blue or black athletic shorts, possibly with a white stripe down the sides, tennis shoes, and shirtless.

The WCSO says the suspect may be a frequent early morning runner.

If you have any information about this person or similar incidents, please call Captain Burt Cagle at 706-638-1909 or call the 911 non-emergency phone number 706-375-7810.
