Police identify, search for suspect in armed robbery of Fort Oglethorpe Walgreens

UPDATE: (May 1st):

Sisk is now in custody after police say he was shot while trying to burglarize a home in Fort Oglethorpe. After he was shot, he drove to a home on Frawley Road in East Ridge and asked the homeowner for help.

He was treated for minor injuries, and is now in police custody.

UPDATE (Wednesday):

Police have identified and have obtained a warrant for a suspect in an armed robbery at a Fort Oglethorpe Walgreens late Monday night.

The Fort Oglethorpe Police Department (FOPD) said in a Facebook post that Shaun Pattrick Sisk is no longer driving the dark colored truck originally pictured.

We do not know what vehicle he may have access to currently.

The FOPD says if you see Sisk, you should not approach him, but call law enforcement immediately.

PREVIOUSLY:

The Fort Oglethorpe Police Department needs your help identifying a man who robbed a Walgreens late Monday night.

A post on the FOPD's Facebook page says the incident happened at about midnight at the Walgreens at 1228 Battlefield Parkway.

Police describe the suspect as a man with reddish-colored hair. The suspect appears to be in his early 20's, approximately 5'8-5'10, has facial hair and a thin build wearing blue jeans, a black hat, a black lightweight jacket with white and/or green stripes on the sleeves and black and white shoes.

The suspect vehicle is a dark colored, possibly black, late model extended cab pickup truck with a chrome package, (chrome wheels, bumpers and running boards), as well as a bed cover. The vehicle is believed to be a Ford XLT model.
