Walter Ernest Jackson was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 10, 1923. He’s the oldest of 13 children and joined the Navy in 1943. He married his wife Delores four years later, and they went on to have six children of their own.
In 2017, Jackson moved to Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and currently resides in Murfreesboro. He’s happily retired from Bethlehem Steel Company.
