RINGGOLD, Ga. — The Catoosa County Sheriff's Department says two churches in Ringgold were burglarized over the weekend.
The burglaries both happened early Sunday morning.
Authorities say just before 6:30 a.m., deputies responded to a burglar alarm at Ebenezer Baptist Church located at 77 Hackett Road in Ringgold.
Upon arrival, deputies found that the church had been entered by force and items were stolen.
About 10 minutes after this alarm, the Ringgold Police Department responded to a burglar alarm at Faith Baptist Church located at 308 Boynton Drive in Ringgold.
Upon their arrival, they also found the church had been entered by force and items had been stolen. Video surveillance shows a possible suspect vehicle as being a white transit van.
