Threat made to Red Bank High delays dismissal Tuesday
A threat made to Red Bank High School delayed dismissal at the middle and high school Tuesday.
School spokesman Tim Hensley says the sheriff's office investigated a possible threat reported to the school today.
Hamilton County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) spokesman Matt Lea tells us a rumor was sent to the school's tip line.
Lea says HCSO School Resource Officers and school personnel investigated, and found it to be "non-credible."
The sheriff's office says no one was in any danger.
Hensley says the investigation only caused a minor delay, and the school district thanked parents for their patience.
