TBI: Two now in custody, facing charges for 2018 murder of Apison man
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a suspect from its Top 10 Most Wanted list was arrested Sunday in connection to an October 2018 murder.
The TBI says warrants were issued for the arrest of James David Robinson on Thursday.
On Sunday, he was arrested at a relatives home and booked into the Hamilton County Jail on a $930,000 bond.
Robinson is charged with one count of First Degree Murder, one count of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, four counts of Especially Aggravated Robbery, four counts of False Imprisonment, once count of Criminal Conspiracy, and four counts of Interference with an Emergency Call.
The TBI says "Agents developed information James David Robinson as one of the individuals responsible for the death of Jacob Moore."
According to the TBI, Moore's remains were found by hunters on Benton Mountain in the Reliance Community.
The arrest is the result of a joint investigation by Special Agents with the TBI, Polk County Sheriff's Department, 10th District Attorney General's Office, and the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
