We received the following press release from the Cleveland Police Department:

The Cleveland Police Department responded to CBC Cleveland at 185 Inman Street East on a shooting call at 11:22pm on Friday, September 20, 2019. The scene was chaotic, as there were many bar patrons in the parking lot during an altercation that occurred between Miranda L. Stamper and Karla Clausell. When officers arrived, they found the victim, Miranda L. Stamper, on the ground with apparent gun shot wounds. She was transported by Bradley Co EMS to Tennova, where she succumbed to her injuries soon thereafter. The suspect, Karla Clausell, is in custody, charged with First-degree Murder.

UPDATE:

According to Sgt. Evie West with the Cleveland Police Department, one woman died from her injuries.

Sgt. West also said an altercation was moved outside and lead to the shooting.

Right now it is ruled as intentional according to the Cleveland Police Department.

Cleveland Police say a person was critically injured in a shooting at a local billiard club Friday night.

It happened at CBC Cleveland on 185 Inman Street East.

CPD spokesperson Sergeant Evie West says one person received life-threatening injuries in the incident.

Sgt. West says they have a person of interest detained in the case, and that there is no further danger to the public.

Police have set up a staging area, where they will provide more information to us.
