ETHRIDGE, Tenn. — Authorities in Ethridge, Tennessee say a person has died after getting stuck in a grain silo Saturday morning in Lawrence County, our affiliate WKRN reports.
Ethridge Fire and Rescue crews responded to a call involving a grain silo around 10:15 a.m. on Dooley Road in this south-central Tennessee community:
When crews arrived at the scene, the body of the victim was discovered and retrieved in the silo by personnel from Ethridge Fire Department, Lawrenceburg Fire Department, and Ethridge Police Department.
Officials have not released the identity of the victim or any further details on what led up to the victim being trapped in the grain silo.
