New billboards to go up in Georgia in support of law enforcement.

Conner Poe, President and CEO of Outdoor Advertising Association of Georgia says he has launched a statewide endeavor to support law enforcement.

Poe and OAAG are utilizing their billboards to show their support of law enforcement and thank the men and women who serve to keep our citizens safe.

In an email to NewsChannel 9, Poe says "I thought you would like to see what our membership is about to start running today all over the state in support of law enforcement. No group has asked us to do this, we appreciate the GBI, the FBI and all those local officers who wear a badge in our state."

There is no time table as to when the billboards will be going up.

Depend on us for more information when it becomes available.
