A group of Chattanoogans - proudly displayed flags on the I-75 overpass to honor the five servicemen who died as a result of the terrorist attacks on July 16, 2015 in Chattanooga.

They called it the #NoogaStrong flag waving. Event organizer Janeane McClellan wanted to do her part to help after the attacks. The day after they first happened - she and others went to the overpass of I-75 and Volkswagon Drive with their flags. They did that every night for three weeks.

McClellan continued the tradition and hopes it sends a strong message to drivers.

"We can over come this," said Janeane McClellan. "We can rise above it all. We are a great nation and we can come together and fight back."

The group will raise flags again Monday at the same location near exit nine from 6 PM until 9 PM.
