A new Starbucks and shopping plaza will soon open in East Ridge.

Wolftever Development announced Wednesday that they will be adding to the Jordan Crossing on Exit 1.

Wolftever says Bass Pro Shop, which opened in July of 2016, is the anchor store of the development. A new Chick-Fil-A and Hampton Inn have both opened at Jordan Crossing within the last year.

The developer says the Starbucks will be a 2,000 square-foot store, sitting adjacent to the Chick-Fil-A.

MPL Construction will build the Starbucks, as well as the The Plaza Shops, which include two buildings totaling 18,000 square feet.

The first building will house a Buddy's Bar-B-Q and Noire, The Nail Bar.

The developer says space in the plaza's second building is still available, and would be a good fit for a fast-casual restaurant. Construction on the building will begin soon.

Wolftever says the Starbucks, Buddy's Bar-B-Q and Noire, The Nail Bar are set to open this summer.
