UPDATE: Motorcyclist killed after crash on Concord Road in Chattanooga
UPDATE (November 6th):
Chattanooga Police say the motorcyclist, identified as 25-year-old Steven Lee, succumbed to his injuries on Sunday.
Chattanooga Police say a 25-year-old man suffered critical injuries after an accident Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the accident happened at about 5 p.m. at the 1800 block of Concord Road, near Igou Gap Road.
Police say while the unidentified victim was heading north on his motorcycle on Concord Road, a driver was pulling into the intersection.
The driver later told police she stopped at the stop sign and looked both ways before turning left, and didn't see any traffic. Police say a witness to the crash later corroborated this account.
Once that driver pulled into the intersection, the motorcycle rear-ended her.
That driver, who remains unidentified, was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries.
