Judge denies Coyote Jacks' appeal to get its beer license back
A judge has denied a move by a controversial Southside bar to get its beer license back.
But a Chancery Court judge denied it.
The club lost its license after a man was killed outside the club last year.
CPD says it was the third homicide at or near the club since 2015.
The city took court action, declaring the club a public nuisance.
The club will remained closed until a hearing set for May 19, 2020.
