GSP: Man Arrested Following Pursuit In Walker County
A Walker County man is caught after troopers say he led them on a high-speed pursuit.
Sgt. Chris Debford with the Georgia State Patrol says a trooper tried stopping James Robert Taylor for a tag violation on Highway 136 but instead, Taylor fled.
Sgt. Debford says Taylor led troopers on a chase all the way to Highway 341 when he was stopped by a trooper performing a pit maneuver.
Taylor was taken to the Walker County Jail.
He's facing charges of felony fleeing, possession of methamphetamine and several other traffic violations.
No one was hurt.
