Coats for Kids 2017
Help Keep A Child Warm!
Help keep a child warm this holiday season by being a part of NewsChannel 9's Coats for Kids. We're partnering with the Forgotten Child Fund (the charity organization of the Hamilton County emergency services) to collect new coats, hats and gloves for needy kids. We'll also be collecting financial donations to purchase new coats. All the proceeds will go to and be distributed by the Forgotten Child Fund.
Where and When
Coats for Kids will be on Thursday, December 7 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hamilton Place Mall.
Just look for our big tent in the parking lot near Abuelo's. You don't even have to get out of your car - just pull in and we'll collect your donation right there on the spot.
Can't make it out to the event? You can still help. You can drop off new coats, hats or gloves at any fire station in Chattanooga. You can also give online at Forgotten Child Funds'website.
