Police identify body found in Cleveland creek

UPDATE: Cleveland Police Spokesperson Evie West says the body has been identified as 73 year old Henry Franklin Goodner, a homeless person who frequented the area. She says the Medical Examiner's Office reported that Goodner appears to have died from natural causes. There were no signs of trauma.

Cleveland Police are investigating after a body was discovered in the waters of a creek on Monday morning.
