NewsChannel 9 received a viewer complaint about a video of what appears to be employees pulling their pants down in the kitchen of a Chattanooga restaurant.

The health department confirmed to us they investigated the video, and as part of that investigation did a re-inspection of Big River Grille and Brewing Works at Hamilton Place Mall.

Inspectors found no violations that would affect public health.

The restaurant scored a 98 on an inspection done Wednesday.

The chief experience officer for Big River told us:

"We are aware and investigating. We believe it was two employees who were just messing around and food was not served. We have proactively cleaned the kitchen from stem to stern and are retraining the entire employee base and are dealing with those involved. We in NO way condone this type of behavior and we are just glad no food was ever served to our guests."
