Chattanooga Police arrest two with RICO indictments over the weekend

Chattanooga Police say they've arrested two more individuals on RICO charges.

On March 28th, Chattanooga police served 54 indictments.

Hamilton County District Attorney Neal Pinkston said he is using the state racketeering law to go after a Chattanooga gang for the first time.

CPD says Rodney Arnez Lomnick was taken into custody on April 21, while Dimesha Michelle Kirk was apprehended the following day.

Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of the last four individuals to call 423-698-2525.
