Chattanooga man victim of drive-by shooting Monday night
Chattanooga Police are investigating after a 35-year-old man was shot while walking on the street Monday night.
CPD says a little after 8 p.m., officers were notified that someone had been shot, and showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound.
The victim told investigators he was walking in the area of the 300 block of North Highland Park Avenue.
He told officers that he saw two vehicles driving down the road "in a disorder."
He then heard gunshots, and started running away when he noticed he had been shot.
Officers searched the area but were unable to locate evidence of a crime scene.
