Bradley Co Sheriff's Office has deadly shooting suspect in custody
An affidavit obtained by NewsChannel 9 goes into more detail about Wolfcale's arrest.
Officers responding to a "person shot" call arrived to find Wolfcale lying face-down in the driveway of the home.
The affidavit says Wolfcale told investigators "I F'd up that, I'm going to get so much time; but it was self-defense."
Wolfcale was detained in a patrol car, and investigators discovered the victim inside the home, later identified as Jesse Johnson.
A woman inside the home told investigators Wolfcale and Johnson got into a heated argument in the bedroom of the home, and that Wolfcale had attacked her, with Johnson coming to her defense. The woman said the two men continued their argument in the bathroom, and that she heard what she believed to be a gunshot, and she immediately left the room, saying she then heard more gunshots.
The affidavit says Wolfcale later told investigators that he and Johnson got in an argument and that he admitted to firing the shots at him.
Wolfcale is charged with one count of second degree murder.
