Body found in Tennessee River near Olgiati Bridge, CPD investigating

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Chattanooga Police say an investigation is underway after a body was found in the Tennessee River Thursday afternoon.

Police say the body was found near the Olgiati Bridge downtown.

Details are limited at this point. CPD spokeswoman Elisa Myzal says the body appears to be a man.
