Chattanooga, Tenn. — Chattanooga Firefighters say a fire broke out on 3905 Kemp Circle Sunday, just before noon.
CFD says crews 4 adults were displaced because of the fire, but no one was injured.
When firefighters arrived, they saw heavy smoke and flames coming form the house.
Fire crews from Engine 15, Quint 13, Squad 13, Engine 5, and Quint 9 all battled the blaze for 20 minutes before it was under control.
Battalion Chief Michael Schroyer says the fire did an estimated $40,000 in damage and was ruled accidental.
The displaced adults are receiving assistance from the Red Cross.
