SOME PM T-SHOWERS THURSDAY
Another summer-like day Thursday as afternoon temperatures should reach the upper 80s. A mix of sun and clouds along with higher humidity levels. This could lead to the development of some pop up variety showers and storms during the afternoon and evening hours. Not in all locations, mainly scattered like on a typical summer day.
SHOWER CHANCE FRIDAY
Forecast models are favoring a chance for showers/t-showers occurring Friday Morning, then lifting off to the north by late morning and into the afternoon. The rest of the day returning to a mix of sun and clouds with just a few pop up afternoon t-showers. High temperatures back in the 80s again topping out in the upper 80s.
BETTER RAIN CHANCES LATE WEEKEND
A humid and partly sunny day Saturday with just a slight chance for showers and storms. Expect an afternoon high in the upper 80s. Rain and storms chances could increase locally beginning late Saturday Night and especially through the day Sunday. As a result of the cloud cover and rain, expect high temperatures only in the upper 70s to near 80. The off and on rain and storms chances could continue through the first half of Monday. Rainfall amounts could exceed an inch through that time.
NOT AS HOT NEXT WEEK
Longer range projections show the possibility of a break from the heat. The rain for Sunday should provide some relief with highs in the upper 70s to near 80. Cooler air could filter in behind this system late Monday and into Tuesday which could allow for some refreshing mornings in the 50s. Another round of rain could return for the middle of next week followed by cooler air again.
