The UTC wrestling Mocs nailed down their 27th Southern Conference championship when they beat second-place Campbell Monday night at Big Mac.
Senior Niko Brown won his match at 197 pounds, and that got the Mocs off and running.
Brown, fellow senior Josh Condon, junior Alex Hudson, sophomore Nick Soto and freshman John Lampe all won... all five finish the season with a perfect SoCon record.
With thes 30-4 win the SoCon champion Mocs finish the regular season 11-6, a perfect 7-0 SoCon record.
Next up, the conference tournament in Lexington, VA a week from Saturday.Wrestling Mocs Win SoCon Title
