Both Ridgeland and Calhoun won their high school football playoff games Friday night. Both now advance to state title games at the Georgia Dome next weekend.
In Class 4A, Ridgeland hung on to beat Marist 28-27. The Panthers will now play Sandy Creek next Saturday, at 5:30PM at the Dome.
Meanwhile, in 2A, Calhoun hung on as well, beating Lamar County 21-14. The Yellowjackets will take on Jefferson next Saturday, at 2:30PM at the Dome.
