Lance Stokes joined Dontay Hampton on the bench for Monday night's Chattanooga Mocs CBE Classic game against Troy at the Roundhouse. Stokes broke a bone in his left foot in Sunday's loss to Southeast Missouri State. He and Hampton, who tore the ACL in his right knee back in July, should rejoin the Mocs in January.
They could have used them both in Monday's game.
After taking the lead early, the Mocs fell behind as they missed shot after shot after shot.
The Mocs did get a rally going early in the second half, even stretching their lead to 6 points... but the shots quit falling again...
Troy went on a 10-0 run, and that was pretty much all she wrote.
Antoine Myers scored 13 points, Hunter Williams and RJ Scott had 12 apiece to lead Troy to the 68-61 win.
Ronrico White had 14, Drazen Zlovarich 11 for the Mocs, who've now lost 3 straight games since last Monday night's season opening win over TN Temple, take on Louisiana Tech Tuesday night in the final game of the CBE classic. Mocs Lose Third Straight Game
