It's been an unusual month for Chattanooga Ghost Tours, when part of the building they operated out of collapsed.

A few weeks later, the entire building was torn down.

But now, Chattanooga Ghost Tours announce that they are sharing a space with Quest2Escape in the Taziki building on Market near 4th St.

“We’re very excited that guests can come do the escape room, have dinner, then join us for a ghost tour, all in the same building” says Ghost Tours owner Amy Petulla.

Petulla says the new shop will have a Victorian/steampunk theme and the company is expanding to include a new tour with less walking, more scenic stops and haunted history, and possibly an additional inside visit.

This new location also puts them very close to the spot they declare to be the most actively haunted part of their tour.

An exact date for the new location has not been given, but Chattanooga Ghost Tours is still conducting tours in the meantime.

The announcement comes during National Small Business Week.

Right before the collapse, Chattanooga Ghost Tours says they were chosen as 1 of 2 Tennessee winners of the 2017 American Small Business Championship hosted by SCORE and Sam’s Club. They say this is the only time a Chattanooga company has ever won the state award.
