Amber Alert cancelled after 3-month-old found safe in East TN, suspect not in custody
MORGAN COUNTY, Tenn. —
UPDATE (8:10pm): The TBI have cancelled their Amber Alert, as 3-month-old Russell Roysden has been found safe in Morgan County, Tennessee.
TBI spokeswoman Susan Niland told NewsChannel 9 that as of 8:49PM, Jerry Roysden is not in custody.
The TBI have a warrant for kidnapping out for Jerry's arrest.

The TBI has issued a statewide Amber Alert for Russell Joe Roysden, a 3-month-old who the Morgan Co. Sheriff's Office (MCSO) say was kidnapped from his Wartburg, TN home by his non-custodial father, Jerry Alan Roysden, who has an extensive violent criminal history.
The MCSO says Russell was kidnapped by Jerry Alan Roysden, his non-custodial father, on Wednesday around 10:00AM.
Authorities do not know what either of them were wearing, or what direction they headed.
Russell is a white male, 3-months-old, 2'02" tall, weighs 12lbs, and has blue eyes and blonde hair.
Jerry Roysden is a 56-year-old white male, 6'00" tall, 170lbs, and has hazel eyes and brown hair. Jerry has an extensive violent criminal history.
A warrant for kidnapping has been issued for Jerry's arrest.
