Two juveniles accused of vandalizing Englewood concession stand

Police in Englewood say two juveniles are facing charges, accused of vandalizing a concession stand on a football field, causing significant damage.

That's according to Englewood's Police Chief, Jason Pickel.

After receiving a tip, police interviewed one of the two suspects.

Chief Pickel says the suspect confessed to committing the crime at a football field located near Englewood Elementary, and told police he came back to the scene after the vandalism.

Police haven't yet interviewed the second suspect, according to Pickel.

Chief Pickel tells us that both suspect face charges for the incident.

Early estimates put the damage to the concession stand at several thousand dollars.

Chief Pickel says the concession stand is ran by the Englewood Youth Football Association.
