A free 21-day wellness program for everyone

New Year's Resolutions to lose weight and get fit have failed by mid-February for 80 percent of those that make them. That's according to U.S. News and World Report.

But a certified fitness coach in Chattanooga is helping those who've fallen off the wagon get back on track.

Kelly Summersett created Fit Community, a FREE 21-day wellness program that kicks off Tuesday, April 5th. Kelly says her goal is to help everyone in the community move a little more, weigh a little less, and have fun!
