Army Veteran Andrew Smith is helping our wounded veterans and sharing their stories. He has been doing that for the last four years with his Honoring The Sacrifice Foundation.

The HTS Golf Tournament will be held on October 16th at Black Creek Club.

Andrew was injured in Afghanistan in 2012 and lost both of his legs. He and his wife Tori have been working to help wounded veterans since he returned from Andrew's military service.

Andrew told us his goal is to help as many wounded veterans as possible and that he loves meeting these veterans and hearing their stories.

"The stories of the people that we've been able to meet are just incredible," Smith said. "I take myself out of the shoes of being an injured guy as well and just as an American and a citizen. Just getting to meet some of these warriors that we've been able to help, it's just an honor. It's honoring and very humbling."

There is an afternoon and morning flight for this year's gold tournament. There are individual spots, team spots, and sponsorship opportunities available.
